• Program Withdrawal, Refund & Credit Policy

  Withdrawals & Refunds

  • All withdrawals and refund requests must be made by phone at 506-457-2382.
  • To receive a full refund, notice must be provided more than 7 days before the program start date.
  • Withdrawals made within 7 days of the program start date, or after the first lesson, will receive a refund less the cost of one lesson, unless the spot is filled before the first lesson.
  • No refunds will be issued after the second lesson.

  Credits

  • A credit will be issued if a lesson is cancelled by the coach for any reason or due to inclement weather.
  • If a player withdraws due to injury, a credit or refund will be provided for the remaining lessons.

  Missed Classes

  • No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes due to personal reasons.
